How to Use

• Insert Battery:
  • Open the battery compartment and place the battery with the positive (+) side facing outward.
  • If the screen doesn’t display numbers, remove the battery and reinsert it after 1 minute.
• Power On & Check Display:
  • Loosen the locking screw.
  • Press the power switch to turn it on and ensure all buttons function correctly.
• Unit Conversion:
  • Press the mm/inch button to switch between metric and imperial units.
• Zero Calibration:
  • Place the gauge on a flat reference surface (e.g., marble platform).
  • Move the ruler frame until the test needle aligns with the reference plane.
  • Press the reset button to zero the measurement.
  • The device can be reset anytime for absolute or relative measurements.
• Adjust the Test Needle:
  • Move the fixed frame left or right to adjust the gap measurement.
  • After use, clean the gauge with a dry, lint-free cloth to maintain accuracy.
